PaySpace introduced Chase Software to a new world of complete payroll and HR solutions.
This has seen resounding successes in the automation of timeous manual operations,
heightened flexibility and access to intelligent information, significant cost savings
and a new perspective of what the new generation payroll benchmark is.
Chase is an advertising agency management system provider with an ultra-modern product
built for advertising agencies by advertising people.
Chase Software is currently used in more than 200 advertising agencies in South
Africa, Maputo, London and Brisbane. Clients include international groups such as
Ogilvy, Y&R, Lowe Bull, Saatchi & Saatchi and Publicis.
Chase found that they were spending a significant amount of time and resources administering
their monthly payroll and HR requirements. Among various methods, data would be
captured manually, leave was administered on paper and the cost of perhaps having
this function outsourced was costly. The entire monthly cycle was extremely inefficient.
Compounding the basic inefficiencies of this process was the lack of flexibility
and functionality of their existing solution that is expected in the 21st century.
To add to the frustration of the company, their existing outdated payroll solution
would require downtime due to a backup, copy and roll over process in order for
the payroll system to be able to move to the next period.
Chase’s staff were performing a significant amount of low-level administration and
IT related tasks rather than focusing on strategic areas and initiatives that allowed
the business to move forward, until they engaged with PaySpace.
